Financial representatives begin with Fastrack Basics which prepares the candidate for our three-week Fastrack Sales School. The sales school covers many areas including product, client building, and business management. Following sales school, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network - Fargo representatives have both daily and weekly training that focuses on forming good business practices, thorough client maintenance and continuous product education. As the financial representatives transition into a more experienced role, they continue training through courses such as enduring relationship and ongoing continuing education classes.
